Qualifications

  • Hold no criminal record
  • Submit all the required documentation

Preparing your documentation for submission to the CBIU – You will need to complete the official forms, attend a medical examination and obtain certain supporting documents, all of which need to be submitted in English and with the appropriate legalization. We, your Agent (Sunstone Inc.) will be able to advise you on the preparation of the documents and how to have them legalized. A complete list of the required forms is below:

  • Proof of address (e.g. Original utility bill addressed to you)
  • Bank statement for the last twelve months
  • Disclosure Form (Form D1)
  • Finger Print and Verification Form (Form D2)
  • Medical Examination Form (Form D3)
  • Investment Agreement (Form D4)
  • Two (2) completed copies of Application Form 12 for each applicant (Notarized)
  • Notarized colour copy Driver’s license
  • Notarized colour copy of passport
  • One (1) professional reference (Main Applicant Only)
  • Letter of Employment
  • Recommendation from applicant¹s Bankers
  • Police record, with fingerprints, from the country of birth and country of residence (if different) for each applicant sixteen (16) years and over;
  • For children, twelve to fifteen (12-15), sworn affidavit by a parent that child does not have a criminal record
  • Eight (8) passport size photos for each applicant – Certified True likeness and signed by certifier at the back of each one
  • Marriage Certificate/Dissolution of Marriage if required
  • Birth Certificate
  • Affidavit of Source of Funds
  • Proof of payment of relevant fees
  • Letter of recommendation from the head of the school/university for children between 12 and 18 years old
  • Medical Certificate- (to be signed and stamped by a doctor)
  • Detailed Business Background Reports/Resume
  • Notarized copies of University/College diploma
  • Cover Letter – (Sample to be provided by agency)
  • Execute the required Real Estate, Sales and Purchases documents
  • Military Service and discharge documents
